葫芦岛！回收废旧物资“快捷变现”

　　据英国《每日邮报》7月7日报道，在俄罗斯首都莫斯科北部特维尔市（Tver），有一个利用废旧金属打造的运动器械场。这里有很多看起来非常怪异的运动设施，包括巨大的轮胎秋千、金属椅以及“人体轮”等，堪称世界上“最危险”的健身地。

　　Located in the Russian city of Tver, just north of the capital Moscow, the playground made from scrapyard metal may just be the most dangerous in the world. Here, there are a number of bizarre looking structures, such as a rusty metal chair and human wheel of fortune.

　　一名男子拍摄自己体验这些运动设施的视频。视频中显示，一名男子正在演示如何使用轮胎和废旧金属打造的巨大秋千。随后他又尝试一种怪异的椅子，在坐定之后，椅子向后旋转，导致这名男子大头朝下。而在演示“人体轮”时，该男子也费尽力气，身体数度倒挂空中。

　　A man demonstrates how to use these dangling and swinging makeshift objects on video. In the clip, he plays on a structure that appears to be a cross between a chair and a medieval torture device. Getting into position he swings the seat backward and is turned upside - he dangles over the metal base below, which appears to be the rim of a wheel.

　　Many have commented on the video, with warnings that this can cause tetanus and broken bones.
